However, the headline did remind me of
an article I read in the STRATFOR Report years ago.
It told the story of one of the Mexican cartels hijacking a Locomotive pulling ore cars full of copper ore.
They managed to maneuver the load of ore the entire width of Mexico without intervention, and successfully offload the stolen ore onto a Chinese ship.


These groups are very resourceful. There's nothing too big or too small to rob.
