Trump will use the Government against his enemies, he has tried in the past. In this instance the POTUS was not involved from the way the story reads, but now thanks to SCOTUS, if Biden was involved he would be immune anyway.

The situation is apparently true. This woman should be fully prosecuted to the fullest extent of all violated laws. An example must be set and anyone who does such should be treated the same. I would also include her supervisory chain also be held responsible.

Is it that hard for you to see the difference between an individual who works for a government agency and the POTUS trying to use the government against the the people?

You brought up Biden, does he know about this? Was he involved? Or are you assuming so?

If it is true and Biden knew, he can't be charged, not because he is elderly but because of the recent SCOTUS ruling in the Trump case.

I'm just thrilled Biden is doing all he can to protect people like her from being fired by trump. We need fed officers like her to keep up the good work when trump takes office.
