His "improper valuation " is laughable, no harm, no victim. And a chuckling troll of a judge.

Do you have some evidence that NY doesn't prosecute other tax cheats? Hmm. I thought not.

Lack of a specific victim is not a defense to the crime. Besides which, other NY taxpayers were the victims.

present evidence contrary to my position, "headless"
you are right, though, in a statist/communist world, there can exist crimes with NO victims -- you do realize you contradict yourself at foundational level, right? I am a lib .. i don't believe in victimless crimes -- t

but your are FULL OF STUFFING to say that "ny taxpayers are the victims" or just grossly underinformed on property valuations - i suspect the later, as you, by your own words, prefer to know how to read a sonnet than do math - the value of property of a loan has ZERO to do with tax value, the state sets the later, the lender the former - dang, roland, it's like you should change your handle to "clueless" but headless does, in a poetic sense.. see what i did there?

having done a decent number of RE transactions, priced interesting loan deals, was the CIO of the largest bank in the US's CDO, MBS, SPV, and muni bonds branch of business, i have, well, i'll GUESS i have, just a TOUCH more experience with financial instruments than the average bear

but, honey, if you don't know what a mezzanine tranche is, without looking it up, i do suggest your retire from the fray -

mezzanine tranche

you can cut that 2 word phrase into your buffer, and paste into a google (or bing, if that's your thing) search - it will tell you everything an INFORMED person needs to know - but if one is clueless, it may not help in the least

Where is it you think you're getting with this name calling?

You diminish yourself and yes I know you don't care what anyone thinks, but then why post in a public forum? Isn't the point of participating to discuss and exchange ideas and opinions?

If your only goal is to insult, I think Roland and I would be happy to agree you have and you do and you win so you can move on.

Scott,
Where did I call him a name, other than shortening his own handle? Is honey an insult now? I guess the ever polite "full of stuffing" is insulting? Can i count on you to pounce everyone ACTUALLY using slurs and insults?

I like you man, well, your MTG is a little odd, but I kinda feel the same about bloebert, so i guess it's mutual - Roland NEVER misses a chance to try to wiz on my boots and tell me it's raining -

But, seriously, do point out where i called him a name? oh, i am sardonic and sarcastic, though, in my defense, those are my native dialects

do remember, roland considers himself better than the common man and his vote should count more than the average joe -- by his own words

All part of the plan.

Lighten up on the "honey" etc. It doesn't help.
Sarcasm is great I agree, but witty sarcasm is best yes?
