I am fine with Congress investigating whether Hunter Biden engaged in illegal influence peddling w the President. That hearing makes it appear the GOP led committee cannot even prosecute/investigate a traffic ticket.

Like I said subpoena Hunter Biden. Call Hunter Biden. If he is not there, vote to contempt him, and send it to the DOJ. That would be legitimate and proper.

If I subpoena you tomorrow and do not call you in open court. The court never knows you were subpoenaed and failed to appear.

Also worth noting that the subpoena in question was issued before any "formal" impeachment inquiry and is therefore valid only for informing legislative decisions, NOT investigative.
