No way. Play this one for the kids. Straight from the candidates mouth.

>>>The recording starts partway through Trump telling a story about hitting on an unidentified woman — unsuccessfully. “I did try and fuck her,” Trump said. “She was married. I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. … I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there and she was married.”

Then, Trump said, he saw her again: “Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony tits and everything.”

Moments later, Trump notices Arianne Zucker, the soap opera actress who would later escort him and Bush to the set. Bush calls her “hot as shit.” Trump jokes that he should “use some Tic Tacs” in case he starts kissing her.

“I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait,” Trump said. “When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.”

If someone wanted to be accurate that's a 4-year-old song by the entertainer known as "Megan Thee Stallion", not the Vice President's "theme song".

This is what bothers you?

Is VP Harris reminding on a cultural platform against oral sex?

The answer is no.

Hypocrisy much?

It just shows a lack of respect for the audience/electorate being used to drive an us vs them racist attitude.

Trying to show how moderate and a candidate for all? Hardly.

I could care less about what VP Harris or her supporters want to listen to personally, but playing this at a supposedly patriotic rally to support a candidate to be all our president? It’s a lot like Trump and his tone deaf stupidity.

It is a political rally.

It is main stream music. You may not like the words, but quite me in entirety.

Those lyrics are no worse than the entire song Thunder Rolls.

Or,

Ruby by Kenny Rogers

Or,

Banks of Ohio Porter Wagner

Riggers had had a song were a women kills her husband , and Rodger’s puts the revolver in the bend of the man to make it look like suicide.

Owl Ridge Boys Don't Break the Code where a husband murders his wife her lover.

Waylon Jennings Keep my Rose in paradise.

We need not go through Johnny Cash’s catalog.

A political rally is a party. Sex is and should be socially acceptable. Much more acceptable than the violence seen in most Westerns.

Of VO Harris was running as some moral agenda stating God had ordained her to legislate against sex and liberalized sexual views, I would have an objection. She is not. Good for her.

I have a feeling VP Harris is going to “party” her way to the White House.

I hope so.

Spoken like a true white republican conservative man.

Sorry, doc but this is the music a lot of people listen to.....I'm sure you'd prefer to hear Lee Greenwood singing about how he is proud to be an American but that's not what young people are into nowadays.

What don’t you get? Did you read the lyrics? We’re not talking about songs and music NOT played at political rallies. We’re talking about Harris’ rally where the song literally says big titties and getting ate with panties on. Bitches and niggas(I'm quoting), ho’s, fuck, and on and on.You think that’s perfectly acceptable for public presidential rally. Got it. Something for our young women to look up to.

I am confident a majority of voters are quite able to draw a distinction between a candidate's message and platform and a single song performed during the entertainment portion of a rally.

At least she won't get a "cease and desist" letter from the copyright holder. How many has Trump gotten now? I think Lee Greenwood and Lara's caterwauling is all he can play now.

Of course, Harris is dealing with the smarter portion of the electorate, they are better equipped to draw distinctions than MAGAts who have trouble with one thought at a time.

How surprisingly astute of you to grasp that the copyright holder doesn't need permission to perform her own song.

How many of the songs that Trump has used have the artists/rights owners forbidden him from using? 40? 50?

Nobody with three brain cells to rub together wants to be associated with him, just leaving you and your fellow two-cellers.

I'm shocked and disappointed that Harris would play such a song or have it performed at a campaign rally. The lyrics aren't fit for the ears of children, nor for mixed company by how I was raised.

How does a candidate to be the first woman president allow a song that degrades women?

You've stretched your case too far by claiming its the Harris campaign theme song. It reflects poorly on her to allow this disgusting song to be played, however.

U think that is yo to the parents.

My neighbor is a young Christian woman. I do not take that away from her. She does not drink.

I came home one day and she was out in the yard dancing to WAP.

WAP was also played on broadcast, prime time show.

I am all for people not liking it, and saying they do not like it. I would rather have an African American woman singing about enjoying sex be as culturally acceptable then a white msn singing about killing a women bc the woman was “unfaithful.”

This, I disagree the song is bad.

I honestly think both have value being commercial and artistic as both speak to an experience. I do think country music glorified killing women instead of expressing the problem.

I would not play a song like that at a campaign rally, but all this upset mess at a young African American woman singing about enjoying oral sex has me perplexed.

I have no problem w such music being socially acceptable; even if I do not like it.

Maybe if we talked to your middle schoolers and high schoolers about what sex is, how it works, instead of making it taboo we would not have so many unplanned pregnancy.

I grew up during Bush’s federal abstinence, scare middle schoolers and high schoolers, from having sex. It failed.

I don't care about sex in adult songs, but all the demeaning reference to women as sex objects: bitch, ho, ass and titties cross the line.

"Eat it with the panties on" isn't an expression I want to explain to my grandkids.

From one’s point of view.

I am sure Megan is on the bill, people going know what to expect.

Again, folks of all walks of life find it enjoyable.

I am not going to get upset about how an African American woman wants to sing about sex and female body.

Nor, how she wants to address society.

I would rather hear that than Rose in Paradise

I would rather here MINE by FFDP than either

In 1907 we arrested and jailed women fur wearing bathing suits. Megan can sing what she wants. A candidate her office can embrace her and her music subject to the vote.

Again, she is on the bill, folks now what they are getting.

She performed WAP prime time on the Grammys.

Sex and oral sex is fine in public discourse.

Well, he was not in a locker room, and Megan singing about oral sex is consensual.

Trump described non consensual sexual contact, and has been proven in a court of law to have engaged in non consensual sexual contact.

The issue is consent.

My possession is clear and has been kid file need to stop bring upset at consensual sex between peers.

The folks who are fine w Duke Wayne grabbing women and kissing them out of the blue or want old gratuitous sex and violence James Bond (movie quote) need not be complaining about this.

States used to be allies ti criminalize and take consenting adult’s liberties for oral sex. Thank God the S. Ct., put Texas and all the other states in their place.

Now, only gay people ever got prosecuted, but the laws on paper applied to get to couples.

Sing away Megan. I support it.

If tub go to Megan thee Stallion on the bill, you know what you are getting.

Again, the issue, for me, is not language, but consent. In Trump’s world the lack of consent.

My point is a genera glorifies violence toward women due to sex of the woman. Music you accept as socially acceptable, and you are here complaining that this music. I again, find it rich you are complaining about a song that is about a woman enjoying oral sex. I find such song of value given what we have done to women in the past over their bodies like the examples I have given including jailing women for wearing swim suits. I find the lyric to have value given in my life time states could make such consensual sex a crime.

I do not take listen to Crider from someone who calls gay people abominations and wants to give states the power to make consensual sex between adults a crime.

Especially such a person who calls themselves a libertarian.

I note neither of you afterwards the real problem of Trump thst you interjected into this conversation. That being his refusal to obtain consent before sexually touching women.

I condone neither. I advocate for capitalistic and libertarian policy.

For music I just stick with Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys (Western Swing genre vs country) and then I don’t have to debate lyrics. Wink
