Farmers and ranchers certainly aren't seeing the higher profits returning on products

So is this a post about the housing shortage driving up prices or your general dis-satisfaction with the economy?

You don't seem very focused.

What did you expect the result to be when interest rates went up? The economy is cooling, job growth is slowing, inflation is dropping, just like the Fed hoped would happen.

A huge problem with housing costs are hedge funds snapping up new builds for rental properties due to the interest rates and the tax breaks they get.....
