Except President Biden has never issued an arrest warrant for Trump. President Biden as president does not have to authority to issue arrest warrants. The AG and DOJ cannot issue arrest warrants. Only a judge either state or federal depending on the jurisdiction can issue an arrest warrant in the United States.
