You have an immigrant who cannot prove he has the right to be in the US, however he has no passport ( destroyed it) and no papers to prove either a nationality or name. He refuses to say where he originated.
What do you do with him, where do you send him back to? Mexico, el savadore, Panama, Haiti or wherever, are not going to accept non citizens.
One of the major problems we have is people destroying their papers so you have to target state to send them back to.

If let’s say 5000 illegals are rounded up each day and they refuse to produce ID or country of origin there will be a limit to the number you can jail whilst they think on it.
If it really is the millions we are told what the hell do you do with them all. You can’t just dump them in any random country,

No, but Altadena was a long time real estate haven for black citizens. Trump did not tour Altadena during his visit.
