You forget, President Trump gave out preemptive pardons. Flynn received a pardon before sentencing. That was pretty preemptive.

I said at the time, President Trump should just pardon him on this forum. Well, guess who won the pony.

President’s can pardon who they wish and when they wish. That is a sole, and vested piece by the Constitution.

Instead of making jokes go about trying to amend the Constitution. Good luck with that.
