The momentum looks to be with Trump/Vance.

The silence is likely to be deafening here on the morning of Nov 5th. Big Grin

The election won’t be over until the evening of November 5 and I seriously doubt counts will be completed until the next day. So hearing a pin drop in the morning is wishful thinking…. popcorn

If it's as close as predicted, I don't think it will be called on 11/5.

If it looks like Harris wins, Trump and Team will drag it out according to plan to steal it.

My hope is that regardless of which one wins, that either recalls that their opponent wasn’t all that sharp and that the nation hasn’t embraced their vision wholeheartedly.

Compromise will be good, and pushing your hotbutton issues is not what the majority wants.

We do need to lower the temperature of national discourse.

Unfortunately, I don’t see either of these two doing that.

One candidate was just joined onstage by 100 members of the other Party, many current or former elected officials.

It wasn't Trump, his own Vice President and 40 of 44 Cabinet officials he appointed want nothing to do with him.

Who is likely to compromise?

Well, here's a twist: Fox, Lane and Trump, etc., put their mouth where their money is.

Perhaps, but Rasmussen is considered non-partisan credible.

Interesting he also says the polls show some surprise Senate flips.

He states; that with Trumps Arizona lead, Kari Lake may win? I really doubt that. Yes, I'm a conservative but she's a terrible candidate.

Sherrod Brown is in trouble in Ohio.

Sam Brown in Nevada has closed the gap as well.

I give ZERO shits what McConnell thinks of Trump. He's a worn out old turd that needed to retire 3 terms ago.

Anyone who would throw that into the commentary, as in the video, IMO should be ignored entirely.

McConnell, for what he's worth which ain't much, exposed the core of GOPerism.

He knew, yet he played along. Others who didn't play well with Trumpism became labeled as RINO's and unelected.

I don't even know a sufficient word for it ----

I believe that in the next "few" elections cycles, there will be a large party affiliation shift.

I believe the historical Democrat/Republican loyalties, positions and group voting blocks is shifting.

The once loyal, labor unions are turning. The minority vote is moving. I'm not saying they are moving to Trump, but away from the Democrats hard move to the left.

Lots of examples. Look at all the pro-Harris Republicans and the pro-Trump Democrats. Things are shifting in America's political landscape. Border patrol endorsing Trump, Police unions, Teamsters membership etc.

I think things will look starkly different in the next 20 years. Perhaps even a split of both parties?

I haven't noticed Democrats hard move to the left, recently.

But I darn sure noticed the republican's hard move to the right.

The further right the Right gets, the further left they think the Left is.

A centrist, Left or Right, can ID the far-right and that's why so many "Rinos" reject GOPerism now.

From what I can see, Harris is leading in most polls.

But I think it's too close to call.

The only prediction I'll make is that if Trump loses, he'll start crying about being cheated again and again will be responsible for one or more riots and multiple lawsuits.

The problem, dear Lane, is that no matter how often we point it out to you, it's not logic that's driving your choice.

OTOH, it's logical to reach that assessment, based on the evidence.
