So now the man who relishes making fun of handicapped people, gives everyone ridiculous and demeaning nicknames, ridicules anyone that disagrees with him, consorts with known racists, defends hate groups, suggests that if folks wanted to lynch his former VP maybe he deserved it . . . declares that the level of political rhetoric is too hot and is to blame for the attempts on his life. I guess he has never heard of the phrase, reap what you sow. That’s rich.

Sometimes I wonder just how stupid Trump thinks Americans are. Then I remember the people attending his rallies, sending him money and publicly defending him and realize exactly how he got that perception.

The most vile, hateful and trash talking President in history blaming others for “highly inflammatory language”. Simply amazing. And his toadies in the media pick up the flag for him and run with it. I am actually not sure anyone could say something hateful enough about Trump to come close to making up for his rich body of work as a garbage mouth.

The irony is almost as rich as when Melania announced that one of her “causes” she was going to champion as First Lady was cyber bullying. It was definitely a “WTF!” moment.

Never, & it's not even close, in our history have so many high placed politicians & insiders from a political party crossed party lines to oppose a candidate. Trump earned it, so fuck him.

You've stopped talking because you're tired of defending trump's idiotic actions and statements. I mean, let's call it what it is....you're waving the white flag.

When you find yourself in an untenable position, without ammo or hope of resupply, and are taking friendly fire from Loomers and Russian stooges, sometimes the only course left is surrender.

Nazi, fascist, dictator, threat to Democracy, Hitler. Just a sample of how the left defines Trump. Who wouldn’t lie cheat and steal to stop a candidate like this? Even try to kill?

Those are his good qualities, he's also a fraud, a grifter, a child molester, a convicted felon and an asset of Russian Intelligence and Putin toady.

He does not deserve to die, but he needs to take self look in the mirror and stop.

However, he still claims the election was stolen which gives many that belief.

Thus, I do not expect a correction.

He deserves not to be President nor a candidate. However, deserve is not dispositive.

Sorry, exactly where did I say that? What I did say is that the irony is too rich to hear Trump and Vance complain about rhetoric being partially responsible for the assassination attempts when he and Vance are leading the parade when it comes to the use of inflammatory rhetoric. If they are so concerned about the unintended consequences of inflammatory rhetoric, maybe they should start by toning down their own bombastic language.

Your statement essentially absolves the left of the fiery rhetoric that apparently has inspired two whacko's to take a swing at a former US President.

Who on earth is saying that? Nobody here on the PF that I have seen.

Again, as noted in another thread and here....this is all about the trumpniks mimicking what trump and FOX News are saying these days in an effort to right the ship after trump got his ass handed to him in the debate...that somehow, it's the criticisms of trump that resulted in these attempts on his life....not his policies, his racism and the utterly ridiculous shit he says that are being criticized. No matter how it goes sideways for trump, it is always somebody else's fault. It's absurd.

Cult stuff.

I don't know about "deserve to die". That is for God and any court with authority over death penalty.

I think the sentiment is that he has all these qualities and traits that the MAG fools love or ignore and now he is blaming others for the rhetoric and hate speech.

I hope he and his family continues to cringe and cower in fear and paranoia. Let them stew in their juices. That is far better than death. I think death would be too kind an exit for Trump. He needs to see prison time and face justice for Jan 6th and all the other crimes against the country and against the people.

There is no evidence that either of those people were "leftists" or Democrats. In fact, both of them were Trump followers and supporters, as evidence has emerged.

That actually fits the mould. Mentally dilutional fringe malcontents are enamoured by the rabid orange bigot and their deranged minds wander and jump from one perceived grudge to the other. The final stop is the start.

The government stays disprove GOP BD. GWB and Trump had weak borders and allowed free flow illegals.

Obama and Biden expelled far more illegals than Gop.

What is your Texas governor doing.
