If they are going to fight Armored Divisions those Guard units should be taking something a bit beefier than HUMMVees.

Did SCOTUS say that Texas could not put up fences? Did they say Texas must remove fences?

It's my understanding the reason there is a group of states forming this country is because the Fed is obligated and promised to take on several things. One of which is to protect and secure the border.
