In fact, it was to give Trump a path out of all those indictments and pending prosecutions, and he also made it clear in advance that he intended to pardon all the J6 criminals, and so much more including project 2025.

Another question, surly SCOTUS knows the immunity ruling applies to a Dem as it does to a Repug. What does that mean? Could it mean Repugs will have dominate power indefinitely and perpetually, according to plan?

I'm under the impression that most people, either side, think what's going down is "normal" politics and the tide will turn.

I get that the immigration issue did more than anything else to damage his support. His withdrawal from Afghanistan was a mess, but he was upfront that he wanted out asap during his election campaign.

Obama was a statesman , he represented the dignity and power of the office of POTUS and had the respect of world leaders, even though they may have disagreed with some of his positions. He was intelligent and eloquent.

Trump ... words fail me. I truly hope we get to the end of his term with an Ukraine which is still free, a Taiwan which is also still free and no stock market crash, but I have grave doubts.
