You need to 'brush' up on our Fed and their regs. They have a whole lot to say and rule about what one can do with the 'environment' along with a state. Then there is things like the lack of response by other Fed agencies, like FEMA. No National Guard to help fight fires, help save people. I just got back home from a trip to Florida. Drove from Idaho to Palm Bay and back. During this trip, Jimmy Carter passed away. Flags were lowered to half mast. On my way back home, in every state through which I passed, some flags were lowered, some were not. I felt no sense of outrage either way.
A few years back, flags were flown at half mast to honor a deceased drug dealer and addict. That was kind of outrageous. Do I think Trump should be flying his American flag at half mast for thirty days? If that is traditional, sure. In the end, I don't really care. Regards, Bill

Why does this matter? It is yet again further evidence that Trump's first and last priority is, and always has been, himself.
