I was going to post the same thing.

His inability to see things with the intellectual clarity to represent a population and direct policy continues to flummox me.

Yeah, no to Waltz.

The U.S. used to hold that position on the Middle East from President Eisenhower to President Clinton. Where the U.S. was less a strategic partner with Isreal, but one of moderator.

Now, sadly, I think this role has to filled by the more stable Middle East states such as Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Yes, I recognize their human right failures, but they have both proximity and security concerns that call both Israel and Iran into question.

Again, to me the issue is misstated and misapplied. Peace is the wrong goal. Security and stability, with appropriate response to those actors who try to disrupt regional peace and security is the issue.

An acceptable level of violence.

Doesn't seem like the "middle east" has much problem with Israel showing what a paper tiger Iran is.....and flattening their military.....

And thank God Almighty that we didn't end up with Quemala and tampon tim!!!!!

Governor Walz embarrasses himself and the folks he represents when he says tripe like this.

I think this was the stake through the heart of his presidential aspirations.

You are in Minnesota. I am not. However, if he thought he had viable aspirations, he is loonier than you thought he was.
