I also have no issues with her as a person… but I don’t agree with her politics.

She is a better person than Trump, I suppose.

The people just didn’t think she would be the better president.

They could be wrong, but it’s our system.

Other than the suppose. I have to and do accept that.

A man who does as Trump does not deserve this Office. He is dangerous. Yet, deserve does not have anything to do w it.

I am sure many thought Henry Clay was more deserving.

What matters is the process. I respect that. I accept that.

I would give deference to the sovereign people and Pardon him at state and fed level to put this to bed.

Anyone got the count on how many times she said "fight" 40? 50? Remember when the first impeachment played the "fight" video.. all while playing an antipolice anthem as she disrespected millions by delaying for 30 minutes?

If trump had said fight so many times in a single speech, the left would be screaming dog whistle

I did notice that, and you beat me to it.

Given what we have been through I condemn the use of the word and would have advised her on the word debate.

I do not believe the use of the word fight by her in the context of her concession had/has the same connotation as Trump’s words on Jan 6.

However, there is no excuse (I realize I just offered explanation as an excuse) for using the word by someone in VP Harris position. Two morons have already been moved to violence upon PE Trump. This, let me be clear such language has no place in our discourse.

The word she should have used was debate.

Obviously a much better speaker than Trump, her political beliefs still suck.
One thing that has gone unmentioned, by any media source of which I'm aware, is the low voter turn out, in comparison to 2020. A lot of people said, "what a bullshit choice", and stayed home. Bill

So a difference in total vote count is evidence of a rigged election? Really?? Did it occur to you that less people voted because the choice was unacceptable? Dog shit versus cat shit? It’s not an ad hominem attack if it’s true… popcorn

Your words, not mine. I do point out that there are ~13.5 million missing dem votes, that never had been there before and aren't there after.. this is called an anomaly

In math and in research, if a sample was this far off baseline, i would expect a sampling error, as it several SD out of norm

Of course, it could be the 13.5 million voters just couldn't stomach the idea of voting for Kamala Harris. If the GOP candidate had been anyone but Trump, they might have voted Republican, but they couldn't bring themselves to vote for Trump either. So, Trump didn't turn off as many Republican voters as Kamala did Democrat voters. In 2020, voter turnout was high on both sides, and especially on the Democrat's side. While not proof of any sort of conspiracy, Trumpeteers certainly seized on it as being so. Likewise, with the low Dem numbers this time, it could just be indicative of another typical Democrat blunder, but the Trumpeteers prefer to see it as proof that 2020 was fraudulent.
I think this result is just like 2016, the Democrats trying to push an ultra-liberal agenda and having it fail. The next question is, does Trump make it through the whole term? Regards, Bill

1981: Graduated High School in CANADA, where she grew up since the age of 12.

1981: Attended Vanier College in Montreal, for 1yr.
1982: Transferred to Howard University, is held back.
1986: Graduated Howard University

No US Diploma & took 5yrs to complete a 4yr undergraduate degree.

Kamala got into law school through an affirmative action program
called the Legal Education Opportunity Program. As the underachieving
daughter of Professors, Kamala is a prime example of how AA was
abused, and why it is illegal, today.

1987: #82 Law School in US
1988: #82 Law School in US
1989: Graduated from it: Hasting College of Law
1990: Staff Lawyer DAs office in Bay Area (all newbies are called eg
“Assistant DAs” or “Deputy DAs”, etc.)

FAILED Bar Exam and, after needing a do-over, eventually passed.
NOTE: Kamala Harris was a below average law student & only 18% of her
UC Hastings law classmates failed the bar that year.

1991: Staff Lawyer
1992: Staff Lawyer, then Employment is terminated.

1993: Began affair w/Willie Brown, twice her age(Finally registered to vote at Age 29, despite telling everyone she
was an avid “feedumb” advocate since childhood.)
1994: Willie appointed her to high-paying job on Unemployment
Insurance Board.

Kamala had no Insurance Experience though, so the Press took notice
of inappropriately appointing his mistress to public political
positions & wrote about it, even in, e.g., The Los Angeles Times, etc.

1995: Kamala quit that Board as Willie appointed her to a
different high-paying 1 that required fewer hours & just once a month
meetings - CA Medical Asst. Commission.

Yet again, Kamala had no Medical or relevant Legal experience,
though. More bad Press shared this truth.

1996: Nothing Else
1997: Nothing Else
1998: Willie sent her back to a Staff Attorney job, managing fine &
fee processing, filing at CCU in SF for that DAs Office.

1999: Caught neglecting to properly file exculpatory evidence in
George Gage case—led to 70 year prison sentence. Press was all over
it.

2000: Had to leave there, so Willie sent her to work as a Staff
Attorney at SF City Hall, working for city attorney Louise Renne,
doing filing for child abuse & neglect cases.
2001: Same
2002: Lied about Prosecutorial Record. Press was all over it.

Google Search shows no video, pics or any evidence of Kamala
Harris actually prosecuting a case, talking to press after she did,
etc., like normal DAs Office Attorneys do, etc., because she never actually
did.)

2003: NONETHELESS, powerful local politician & Mayor now, Willie
Brown, admitted he miraculously helped get Staff Attorney Kamala
elected as San Francisco DA!!

2004: Refused to seek death penalty for cop murderer.
2005: Refused to release records of sexually abusive Priests.
2006:
2007:
2008:
2009:
2010: Elected as CA AG by 0.5% margin.
2011: Withheld information leading to 600+ drug-related cases being tossed.
2012: } Threw 1,500+ people behind
2013: } bars over marijuana offenses
2014: } and refused early release of
2015: } prisoners because of cheap labor.
2016: Elected to the CA U.S. Senate seat.
2017:
2018: Chanted “down, down with deportation” at parade w/hoaxter
Jussie Smollett.

2019: Entered 2020 presidential race—dropped out over no support
from her own State, due to her publicized abysmal history & lack of
real experience.

And yet, this same woman eventually became the 2d most powerful person
in the world. Let that sink in… An unabashed DEI hire by crooked
Joe Biden, with no discernable qualifications or experience, sat
within a heartbeat of the presidency of the United States. Even more
astounding, she now has the support of almost half of our population
to be duly elected to the office. How ignorant are we to let this
kind of thing happen?.....

When you pass the Bar let us know.

I did not go to anything near a top 100 law school. If see got into Howard bring a better school than she would being White, I am not going to complain.

I past the KY Bar the 1st Time which means I passed half (the multi state portion) that everyone in the nation took that year. Now, many states have adopted a universal bar exam.

A young msn I know went to an unheralded law school. His mother is a Regent for the school. He was kind of flaky in life not having any pressure of performance for much of it. Well, he just passed the Bar on his first sit. This is the new universal, model bar.

One of the best lawyers I know went to what is considered the worst law school in the U.S. He took the Bar 3x to pass it. Now, he earns circles around everyone and his the good seats to UK Basketball Games.

Another person I am familiar with attended a top 100 school (one I could get into if I wanted the student loan debit). She failed the Bar her first time. The second she passed. She is now an assistant DA in Philadelphia. The school she went to positioned her for that job. That is why you go to larger schools.

We use to have some defense folks from Harvard and Howard running around. They thought they were smarter than me. Well, one lost his first trail and left. The other was always talking about appealing, but never did. That person also left.

The Bar is a snap shot in time. Only so many are permitted to pass. It is indicative of at most how hard you worked to study for it.

Asst. DAs do not give interviews. The 4 star elected gives interviews. They ran for it. They put up the money. It is them who will take it in the chin for what decisions get made. They get to talk.

The longest serving prosecutor in the state as far as total time served never talks to the papers. That is how he has managed to have the career he has had.

I have the longest drug conviction out of my office this year 12 years followed up by a second for 10 years. I have won 3 appeals (sadly unpunished). You will not see my name in the newspaper.

Yeah?
But you forgot to mention how many blow jobs and other sex acts you had to give and perform to find your way to your employment as your failed leader you supported in the election did? Anyone defending her above resume as being qualified to run our country loses all credibility. She’s basically been trained as filing clerk which apparently she even had difficulties completing those tasks.

If the above is correct, then the outcome is hardly surprising.

All schools are more about what you do with what you got than where you got it from.

What the big name schools do is give you an inside track to getting things.

My brother graduated Harvard law. I’ve seen how it works.

Note that several Kennedy offspring went to big name schools, had trouble with the bar, and eventually decided that their talents lied elsewhere.

Name, school, and prominence don’t guarantee success.

Harris on paper climbed to the presidential nomination by the old way- local office, state office, congress (senate) VP then ran… it was the rest of the story that got her.
