You two obviously haven't seen the extensive capital video that was released recently. It clearly shows the rioters were escorted into the capital and given a VIP tour by the capital police. The Jan 6th committee should all take the place of those unjustly imprisoned.

Bob, in the first five minutes of the video Mike M posted there are January 6th rioters breaking down a police fence and breaking Capitol windows to gain entry. Would you use deadly force to stop that at your house? If you say no, I don't believe you are telling the truth.

first off, these idiots should have shown up for court, and I agree, there should be some punishment for not showing

secondly, the previously released vids showed it to be violent, 100%, the now released videos shows another picture, of it being less than violent 100%

thirdly, someone breaking a window at work is NOT protected under castle doctrine, and therefore it's a false choice to compare to a home invasion

lastly, everyone convicted of trespassing on jan 6th should be asking for resentencing, given new evidence, that had been suppressed by the gov't

I fully support our right to protest in this country. About the time a protest turns to riot and looting, arson or attacks on Congress take place, I lose all sympathy for the participants.
