According to reports, a Russian media site, based in the US, was reporting false reports to cause this carnage.

It does take time about 30 days plus Grand Jury time to get a youth transferred as a Youthful Offender to adult court.

I fail to see how whatever process the UK uses to get the juvenile to adult court justifies mobs, internet lies, and riots.

The blame is on those who chose to not allow due process and attacked a Mosque.

The authorities did not hide anything.

Once, a judge permitted the name released. The name was released.
