Too me he kind of came across as a reasonably ordinary guy who has no clue how to walk the line between what society wants, and what Govt wants. And probably its an impossibility to get right. I kind of also wonder, when I see some of the absolutely despicable behaviour from our peers in society online, How much is actually our fault? Given Zuckerberg convinced all the reasonably bright Harvard types that formed Facebook to give him control and ownership of their collective labor, I am not so sure that he is telling the truth and the whole truth. It sounds too good to be true from a conservative standpoint. He could have brought it out at any point in the last several years and it would have been very useful.
