CBP just issued a press release admitting that nearly 1M illegal aliens were admitted into the U.S. using a fast-pass entry phone app. None of these illegals are counted in BP stats—all of them get work permits, SSNs and path to citizenship.

Harris isn't the problem.
I can think of three here on the forum that have mentioned they are democrats and would vote liberal out of habit. The rest of us here vote Republican or conservative up until 2020. What happened? What changed?

Posts highlighting Harris's shortcomings aren't going to enlighten anyone here nor change any minds, we already know. In the same vein the posts regarding Trump's shortcomings certainly don't add any luster do they. It's unfortunate for the GOP, (I guess,) that Trump does so much to prove he's unfit.

You can't see the difference between opinion and unsubstantiated factual claims?

The source criteria are identical and what distinction could be found would be without a difference...

It's very rare that any form of speech is free from bias or lies or agenda.

That you dain to bother yourself sorting chaff from chaff (intended) is just fine... but my opinion isn't required or likely welcomed either way.

That you would support the flavor of one source of manure over the other is humorous

All sources are not equal; nor will I treat them as such.

X is well-known for allowing any bozo to state opinions and lies, and try to sell them as fact. That's fine with X.

Since there are no accuracy gatekeepers on X, the credibility of the forum is dubious at best. Good for free speech, but I don't have the time to track down and confirm dubious sources.

I figure if there is any truth to this rumor, it will make it to more reputable sources soon enough.

No, I read your words. I wouldn't rely on those sources either, although a well-supported opinion piece not disguised as fact can always interest me.

My question was…is he nobody?

As to your complaint…the people of Utah seem to have liked him for a good spell.

All good and well for the people of Utah. Senator does everything he can to try to sell off and under fund the Federal lands that belong to ALL of us. Policy that I cannot support.

Senator Lee is a somebody, somebody to be very wary of.

All true, that does change the fact that Senator Lee's policies regarding our federal lands are terrible. That land is owned by every American and is truly a treasure, it should be cherished. Mike Lee fights to deny those lands the funding they deserve. Mike Lee is a big reason the Forest Service, Blm, Dept of the Interior etc are underfunded every year, a big contributing factor to fires we experience in the West. Senator Lee is part of thew problem.

May I point out that he is a consistent fiscal conservative. When you, I, and many others complain about the GOP…one consistent complaint is spending. Hard to have it both ways.

We are not saving money by reacting to wildfire instead of funding prevention. We find a way to fund all sorts of things, we should maintain our public lands. Senator Lee may be a fiscal conservative but he wants the Federal Government out land ownership in the West and that is a terrible idea. This is the same mentality that put William Perry Pendley as acting director of the BLM and part of project 2025.

The Meateater article points out some of the seriously concerning issues raised in the proposed project 2025 as well as some positive proposals. It is worth a read, Rinella and co are very much pro-hunter/pro-public lands, they certainly are not the enemy.
