So I need to state first that Im in no way a Boebert supporter. There are many reasons why she doesn't seem to be a good representative. If she was vaping in the theatre and its not allowed then sure thing and if she acted the fool when asked to quit then she deserves all she gets. But come on, I take it its a darkened theatre going off the camera view, and it strikes me that there not many people out there have not got slightly frisky with a partner in some kind of similar situation. The people around them sure didnt seem to notice. I know Ive seen far worse in movie theatres that people were not removed for. One of the reasons she was asked to leave is her using a phone to take pictures, which is not allowed - yet, here is a night vision video of her in the same theater? Also, this production of Beetlejuice is definitely NOT a show for kids. Read the recent reviews which describe the expletive laden and sexual innuendo heavy dialogue of the show. I wouldn't take my youngsters to it. The reviews make it sound like the closest equivalent to the Rocky Horror Picture Show on the stage today which is by design because the play pretty much was tanking when it was initially shown. I don't defend her actions, but you guys need to realize that this is Denver. I've been to shows where folks around me have taken out their pipes and bags of weed, not vapes, and all one needs to do to get a full view of a public sexual display is to go to a park or the steps of the Capitol building. | |||

Here is the problem: The problem is two fold. First, the GOP and Bobert preach “family values”. That being gay, sex for the pleasure of sex, recreational drug use are against “family values.” That such activities are damning to the soul of the country, and a cause of cultural decay that leads to a weakening of society as a whole. Second, with Bobert’s display she shines more light on the hypocrisy of political Evangelicalism we see here on AR. This does not include her own hypocrisy. Now, here is the global problem being two fold. First, I do not care if she wants to have a good time w her girlfriend. There should never be anything illegal or stigmatizing about that ever again. The same is if she wants to take her girlfriend home to her husband. That is between them. It is not between the state nor me. The problem is the overt display in a venue that behavior is disruptive. Like a girl wearing Chanel No. 5 to deer hunt (my wife did that once). The Second, is the premise that being Gay is somehow anthesis to “ Family Values. Folks have used the word class. That is appropriate. I have met a lot of gay people with more class than this demonstration. As for the recreational drug use, if THC, it has become as a state trooper told me here, “ Socially Acceptable.” My thought was if it is socially acceptable why are you citing someone for it. Be that as it may. In KY, it is still illegal, and to use and feel out a Form 4473 would get you busted by the Feds if known; just like Hunter Biden as no injunctions affect the Fed Circuit I am in. The Feds here will pull that trigger. They have nothing better to do. So, do not do it. Do not do it, if you are the personification of tough on crime, all these minorities are killing us w drugs, party. I recognize the gulf bw Heroine and THC. I also know you can get Hugh and drive under the influence with all the issues that come with that, the least not being killing someone, from either. I suggest Use your THC at home. When it becomes leal, if you cannot use in a manner to make appropriate Decisions, like alcohol, use at home. One might want to seek help. As far as taking kids to see BeetleJuice, it would be far better to see sex references they probably do not get, or if they do to trigger a conversation about sex, then the violence seen in most Westerns. There are at least 2 rape references in The Searchers. The machine gunning in The Untouchables I saw as a child is worse than any non-violent, consensual display of sex on screen that would get a film an R rating. The However, that is a parent choice. So be it. What is not alright is all this fake anger towards The David being taught in a 6 grade Renaissance’s Class when a party face is acting like this at a show like BettleJuice. Those same people would line up to vote for Bobert, and she would gladly spoon feed them all the reasons why said Tge David being taught is bad. | |||

I don’t think to republicans that Boebert is the face of the Republican Party. It’s the left (and her) that wants that to be the case. I get she’s a hypocrite. She also apparently has some rudimentary knowledge of this in that she has apologized for her actions. It’s my big problem with the religious right… they are hypocritical and expect to be forgiven because they trot out Jesus forgives whenever they get caught. Now, I get no one is perfect and I get that one of the tenets of Christianity is forgiveness and redemption… but if you are trying to be a representative, you need to be a role model. These prosperity gospel types miss the lessons that Jesus gave (at least in my reading of scripture) and the hypocrites that want to judge yet not be judged in public harm conservatism. In my mind, you may well base your morality on your religious beliefs, and that may be the basis of your politics, but we are thinking people, and it’s not hard to find a logical reason for most of the religious mandates to make in man’s government. I have no issue with a public school setting up certain times as organized prayer times. I have no issue with a prayer being offered by a group of football players and coaches after a game. I do have issues with making someone who doesn’t want to participate… or equally, someone who doesn’t want to participate disrupting those that do. As I understand it, Muslims are to pray 5 times a day. No problem with that. No problem with the Christian kids praying at the same time. No problem with the atheists having a snack at that time. No problems with anyone going off and doing whatever as long as it’s not disruptive or forcing others to do what they want you to do. The problem I’m having is the secular humanists insisting everyone behave their way. | |||

Bobert is also on the Oversight and Accountability. The Committee investigating the “weaponization” of Federal alas Enforcement. The Committee is also “investigating” as follows: the border, President Biden’s alleged malfeasance for impeachment purposes, the origins of Covid, and Covid Fraud. Regarding "Election Cycles". When exactly do they start and when exactly do they end? They seem to run year-round and continuous these days. We never get any rest.
