can anyone here appreciate the significance of reasonable, profit oriented Muslim country who have been traders and middle men for centuries developing a non suicidal Mediterranean port for the remaining Palestinians who want to have an actual functional homeland

It's good news if it can be pulled off.

The question is, will Hamas agree?

hamas will either wise up or be exterminated

hand writing is on the wall.

After all the billions of dollars that have been poured into the palestinian cause its time to move foreward or be left behind.

Muslims not Israel must solve this problem.

Doesn't seem quite Christian, to me.
But then, the principals in the matter are not such.
Will Bibi let the Trump family build a seaside hotel resort in Gaza?

The Palestinians have proven themselves to be accessories and complicit with terrorists. I feel no sympathy.

As we did with Germany and Japan, Islamic Terrorists need to be hit harder and harder until they capitulate.

trump wont , but the AL Saeed family might
It would be expensive and beautiful, but wouldnt have tunnels full of shitheads and human bombs underneath it

I saw Lebanon in the 1960s before these same shitheads got hold of it
It was a beautiful place with wonderful people
Not so much anymore

Ashcrete doesnt sound too bad

Correction
Al Maktoum Saeed has not started his own family yet
