What would he do? Opening he only had two choices. How do we know he wasn't creative and did some other option. Was he so simple and that easy to read? If so, replacement would be easy. | |||

Lane, Jesus would give the shirt off of his back to help anyone in need. In the modern world this would be those who emigrate to escape poverty, those who are homeless, those who cannot afford healthcare and yes he would oppose abortion too. He wouldn’t operate some sort of triage system where he only helps the worst cases, and sorry you don’t get help is you have a bottle in a brown bag. I believe he would give whatever he has, everything he has, to help anyone in need regardless of the cause of that need. | |||

He could also perform a miracle, cure the guy’s substance use problem, and help him get on with life. We are not God. While we can provide some help, our abilities are finite and in many cases, true improvement can only come from within. | |||
