She's an idiot. Appoints some guy she is romantically involved with to head up the prosecution of trump. Whatever the merits of the case against him, it's irrevocably tainted now. Just a boneheaded move by her.

He wasn't just some guy. He's an ambulance chaser with no prosecution experience.

I don't believe he was ever expected to try the case as lead counsel. He's already hired a couple of other high-profile trial lawyers with lots of trial experience who will actually try the case. His role was to oversee.

And, by the way, other than prosecutors, those "ambulance chasers" typically have more trial experience than other lawyers.

None of that excuses her bad judgment though.

Just showing corruption and stupidity are universal.

The GOP and the dems both have a lot of this on their hands.

While this may (or may not) violate some internal HR policies, it has absolutely nothing to do with anyone's guilt or innocence and is typical of the smears Trump has used in legal disputes his entire life.

I am simply amazed that Republicans who claim to be for "Law and Order" and "Family Values" have tied this scum around their own necks.
