Don't get all excited over a quip Ken. Jeffe is correct, Gym isn't the "pick", he's the prick. He was picked as the nominee, but not picked as speaker after three tries. So, you're both correct. Nothing to argue about there - move along.

The heading of this thread "Our Problem" IMO isn't explained adequately just by the article in the OP link. Some of what he says are symptoms, but symptoms are problems, but not the cause.
