A District Judge from Massachusetts…we’ll see if it holds up to scrutiny.

None of that matters. Read the opinion.

Oh, and that judge was appointed by President Regan and confirmed by a GOP Senate.

The Fake Conservative arguing for President Adams’ Alien and Sedition Acts.

Where the Constitution has affect, the government is bound by it. The person is second to the principal. Caselaw previously provided.

Like I implied earlier. You have said nothing intelligent.

You had no idea the Judge was a Regan appointee. You just shot your mouth off.

I just burns your beans due process and equal protection applies based on the Constitution being controlling upon the jurisdiction.

You are a fake conservative just praying to celebrate the Adams’ Alien and Sedition Acts.

You also opened your mouth uninformed by never reading the opinion.

I voted for Reagan and he was pretty good President for sure. He is not my gold standard however.

But, I am the epitome of conservative and you don’t even know what the word means. Wink

A US District Court judge appointed by Ronald Reagan. That well known liberal president who was soft on crime.

Dude, you just keep throwing up softballs.

South Africa's ambassador to the United States, Ebrahim Rasool, was declared
persona non grata and expelled by the U.S. in March 2025. He was given until Friday, March 21, 2025, to leave the country.
Reason for the declaration
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared Rasool a "race-baiting politician who hates America and hates [President Donald Trump]" via a social media post. The action was prompted by comments Rasool made during a webinar hosted by a South African think tank, where he described the "Make America Great Again" (MAGA) movement as being driven by a "white supremacist instinct".
If the Sec. State can boot an Ambassador, he can boot any other "visitor" to the US. When you visit a foreign country, you are there as a guest, and a guest that takes a dump on the dinner table, needs to leave.

Except the two situations are dissimilar.

These are students here legally here with a different status.

M Shy: You have no idea what the quality of this judge is.

You have no idea how often he is overturned vs upheld.

You have no idea how often when he is overturned how often it is because the appellate courts adopt new controlling precedent or rules.

You have not read the option nor the caselaw it uses.

Your opinion on the matter is at best uneducated.

Read more and talk less.

Again, nothing intelligent.

1) You had no idea he was a Republican appointee by the President you said this about comparing him to Trump, “Best President since Regan.”

You thought you would play the old trope without knowing you were walking into a Republican appointee.

Actually, I could care less. He is a Bostonite…gotta be a goofy liberal and probably senile at this stage.

Reagan appointed many judges I didn’t like…Sandra Day O’Connor being a good example.

Ronald Reagan was a nice old gentleman. He was right about 80% of the time. He was just way too liberal.

The ignorance spouse court. You have no idea.

You are just blinded by hate. You do not even want to know the truth. It is easier to just spread lies and misinformation.

You do not care. You really are as stupid as you act in these matters.

You opened your mouth and spoke out your ignorance with no knowledge, no facts, no data, no reading. I am glad you do not practice equine surgery like you practice governance and political thought.

You have no idea what his overturned be upheld record is. You have no idea what his average is for being overturned bc the higher courts adopt new precedent or change controlling rules. You have no idea the legal support his holding has because you are ignorant the opinion. The worst part is, you will never read it.

That iz because the rule of lawyer matters not to you. It is mere secondary. If it helps your social agenda, great. If not, disgrace it and replace e it w a society where only you and those like you enjoy legal and political protection.

Your whole posts in this these has been nothing but ignorance, assumptions articulated in the most base manner, and idiocy.

You have no idea about the legal correctness of this opinion.

All you know is you want the Alien and Sedition Acts used against those you deem “political enemies” (Trump’s words and yours). That is not conservatism.

Hopefully the equine community will keep you away from any real governance in Kentucky. There are a few players who are AR members. I have advised them to follow you here at the ARPF.

You can make all the little cartoons you want.

The fact of the matter is, you know nothing of this Judge’s record. You know nothing of the legal rational that underpins his holding.

You just want to run your mouth because you want political opposition silenced.

You have no idea how often this Judge is overturned. You have no idea of when he is overturned how often is it bc the Higher courts abandon precedent he is bound to follow. You have no idea what the legal rational for this holding is.

Yet, here you are talking. Thst is because you want a Chief Executive to be able to use the leftover ls of the Alien and Sedition Acts to silence opposition.

Both sides are running at the mouth.

Did you put up the decision to show what point of law he ruled on?

And yes, Dr. Easter is just stating that many of these low level court cases have been overturned, and who knows how valid this decision is.

I’m certainly not in a position to know the relative merits of an east coast federal district judge.

That Regan appointed him and he’s not moved up the ladder says he’s not a legal superstar.

And prior to relatively recently the local members of congress and senate had effectively a veto on who got appointed to their district’s judgeships, didnt they?

No he is not.

He is attacking the Judge wo any knowledge.

The worst part is he does not want to know or even try.

When a Judge gets overturned bc the S. Ct., changes the rules, that is on the S. Ct not the court below.

Come on, you guys. It doesn't matter who appointed the judge. That is irrelevant.

The only thing that matters is the soundness of his legal opinion. That's all we can debate.

And it looks sound to me. I thought it was black-letter, settled, law-school stuff that the First Amendment applies to everyone in US jurisdiction--citizens, legal residents, and legal visitors.

Only a lawless, chickenshit administration would behave as if the Constitution says otherwise. Will they next try to deport or intern legal residents who say something they don't like?

True conservatives and liberals alike should be appalled. It's telling that the Trump fans here can't concede this point. Cult, anyone?
