Presumptively, Tucker is in Moscow to give Putin a favorable platform to influence Americans with propaganda. And it's all part of his desire to further division and demise of the West.

First thing to know is that it's not about journalism.

Here's a video which I'm not sure is a really good one. It's just the best I've found for now. It's a former Russian guy now living in UK who seems to know what he's talking about. But his videos are slow and tedious to me.

I don't like this idiot, he is no different to all the others like him in the media.

But, the West's media has been nothing but one sided on not this problem facing the world, but all others.

Presuming your one-sided claim has merit, one thing for sure is that Tucker offers nothing constructive insofar as balance, especially in the context of truth vs propaganda. Truth/reality are not enhanced or balanced by propaganda.

Of course, when reality associated truth is forefront in the media, mostly, those subscribing to alt-reality will think it's one-sided. And they will get loud and obnoxious and suck oxygen from the truth, such as Fox News does. Tucker was even too much of an oxygen sucker for Fox.

…all he was doing was giving Putin a platform to spout his warped justification for invading Ukraine. Might just as well have had a stuffed dummy doing the interview for what his input was worth.

To me it was kind of interesting to see what Putin wants the west to believe his motives are.

It was pretty much nonsense, but still helps us know what he thinks we will buy.

Ultimately, there hundreds of interviews every year with different people and it is in the end just a news and something that we forget about very quickly

We won't be forgetting about Putin or Carlson any time soon.

Just because they are news, doesn't mean Tucker's interview is "news" per se.

"News" is associated with such things as being informed of real events, not opinions, and certainly not lies. News could be reporting lies happening, for what they are as a matter of fact, but not the lies themselves.

The fact that Carlson interviewed Putin is news, but that doesn't mean that the content of the interview is news.

Tucker is a tool of a monster, a means of spewing monster propaganda.

Exactly, the content is just Putins convoluted re-writing of history to justify his invasion of Ukraine. I suspect this will give him legitimacy as it is played to his domestic audience. It has no other value.

Nile Gardiner, Director of The Heritage Foundation's Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, tells the Daily Express US that Putin is a "dangerous man" who will want Russian forces to "massacre" people across Europe.

He said: "Putin just comes across as a thug really. Putin is just a tyrant, dictator, and a bully. It is evident that he lives in his own delusional world.

"He is a hated and reviled figure. He sounds completely deranged in this interview.

"At the same time, he is incredibly dangerous. Europe has to be on its guard as to what Putin will do next in Europe.
