181 ballistic missiles today.

May the lord protect and keep Israel safe during this hard times.

And may they continue to give back against these monsters.

DRG,

You'd think they'd figure out that every time they attack Israel, it grows in size, but that is apparently too difficult a concept.

I doubt there's a god to listen, but I'll join in that prayer.

I hope Israel captures or kills all the 10/6 terrorists and stamps out the monstrous organization and leaders who sent them.

I think both Trump and Harris support Israel, and I intend to vote for them too.

It's my impression that this attack and the ones before it are the culmination of a decade or two of appeasement.

The West didn't counter attack the Islamic Terrorists intending to destroy the enemy, we tried to introduce democracy feed the poor, turn them into little Americans.

Iran/ Hamas/ Hezbollah/ The Caliphate have been liberated by The West benevolence. We have armed the Taliban, propped up any and all questionable puppet governments and begged forgiveness for denigrating their holy book and prophet.

We've enabled them to attack not just as faceless terrorist organizations but now as nations.

You would have to define support for me to agree. But even if it is true, the degree of support as to the kind Israel truly needs at this, is lopsided in favor of Trump.

This is a religion/religious war. That's the only rationale at the roots. Trying to reason it out, logic, pragmatic morals are moot.

The same principle, more or less, is applicable any time religion is the fomenter.

Give a religious zealot the power and nukes, and he will eventually, sooner or later, claim his god told him he could justifiably use them with his blessings.

So, you figure your God would just abandon his "chosen people" if you personally didn't intervene on their behalf?

Add a few campaign contributions and you could be talking about Trump.

1) He would have kept Iran broke thus this atrocity would have never happened.

2) He would have never waffled on giving Israel all they needed to kill these monsters any way possible.

Trump set a lot of this in motion by assassinating Iran’s top general.

The U.S. needs to stop enabling Israel’s continued raises.

I do not support Israel’s attacks in Lebanon and Iran.

Iran has been chanting death to America for decades now.

Allowing conditions to become so desperate that Israel draws us in to a war in the Middle East is not in our best interest.

You realize all this is deriving Iran to produce a nuclear arsenal which will cause Saudi Arabia to produce a nuclear arsenal.

Iran cannot even launch a successful air strike against Israel. Israel should consider that its victory this round.

Now, I remind myself there is very little new. I remember in college while we debated the ethics and legality of preemptive strikes that Israel had preemptively struck Egypt and Syria’s nuclear reactor before this crisis.

I cannot tell what is fact and what is propaganda but Israel may have sustained more damage than they would have the world believe, including the loss of F-35s.

One thing we should have learned we can’t send folks back to the Stone Age who are politically barely out of the Stone Age. You guys are asking for something we do not need.

You know, it just occurred to me that several times in the past I've said things like"it's not Ilan Omar or Rashida Tlab that's a problem, it's the tens of thousands of constituents that elected them."

So, in thinking about Netanyhu, the same would apply, he's obviously got lots of backers.

I agree with Heym, it's against our interest for this thing to escalate and us be drug in.

I remain very opposed to pulling the rug out from under N or Israel in the middle of a fight, but after this is over it certainly seems reasonable to have a sit down with them and set some firm boundaries regarding our assistance and aid going forward.

Again,i believe America is responsible for a lot of this. We played Patty Cake with the terrorists for decades and this is how they respond.

We submit we can give aide, military hardware, support to Israel while making it clear, continued escalation by attacks into other nation states will not be tolerated and will cost support.

Iran cannot be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, at all costs. Since Biden released the embargo on their funds, they have the capacity to do that. There is no point in having a treaty with Iran regarding their not developing such weapons because they won't honor it. There's no point in having a contract that binds one side when the other side won't honor the contract. So, if a preemptive strike is what is required to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons, that's what needs to be done. Israel has done it before.

I support leaving Israel alone to do what Israel sees as their best interest and having their back.

And the military and intelligence wanted Soleimani dead. They sought him out…not Trump. He just greenlighted it.

1. Iran wouldn't have 200 missiles to shoot at Israel if trump were POTUS? That's BS.

2. I'm not sure what else we can give or sell to Israel in terms of arms. We've been their sugar daddy for decades and they produce a fair amount of equipment and ordnance internally. So, this statement is BS too. We've been supplying Israel with everything they need.
