I read a day or two ago, if I read and understood it correct, that GOPers have cooked up some legislation that would constrain Fed judges from issuing injunctions that have effect on a national scale.

I suspect it was at Trump's demand.

Also, I suspect SCOTUS would deem it unconstitutional.
