Just wondering if anyone has shortened the Barnes TSX bullets. I have cut .200 off the base of .411 Xs with good results, thought I might give some of the newer TSX's a spin.

Did a search, and only found this old post.

How did the 400's shoot for you?

The 240's shoot great, but must be loaded single shot, mag is too short.

These new TSX look like they have a bigger 'hole', might expand at slower speeds.

i just set them out to 3.35, same as the 500gr... shot accuratly, though not worth the trouble for just making jug bustin bullets
