Anybody know where I can find The African Toyota Land Cruiser here in the States? Or any other authentic "Safari Car"? Cant seem to find one... It is my understanding they do not pass US emission requirements thus they cannot be imported. I believe the glass in them would have to be changed as well. I would have one in a heartbeat if they could be purchased. | |||

Check this forum, they have a lot of info on Land Cruisers and other cars. http://forum.ih8mud.com/ For the Land Cruiser, you'd be looking for the HZJ75 (the typical "fat-ass" Safari LC), or HZJ77 and HZJ76 (same car, with standard 4 doors body). Don't know about US regulations, though, but there must be a way somewhere... Philip | |||
