Yeah I have a buddy in the Williamson County S.O. He was curious about his vest so hung it on the close line + shot it with his .357. It went right through.I don't know what make it was but that sure kills your confidence.

I always figured them as psychological crutches, just put bullet in a place they don't cover, which is most of the body area.
