You'd think the stupid sob would have trial run the "stunt" first, by just shooting the book propped up against something. He deserved what he got, I think she should have been found "not guilty" by reason of diminished capacity.

Yeah I have a buddy in the Williamson County S.O. He was curious about his vest so hung it on the close line + shot it with his .357. It went right through.I don't know what make it was but that sure kills your confidence.

I always figured them as psychological crutches, just put bullet in a place they don't cover, which is most of the body area.

I recall how several years ago the police fraternity was total outraged when someone in the media made the suggestion that headshots worked.I can understand being pissed if I were a LEO + that was the (almost suggestion) by the liberal media press.

Richard Davis the inventor of modern armor said if they see they well shoot for the head.

I don't understand a lot of officers wearing their armor on the out side.
