Thinking of Biebs....... Login/Join

I wanted to put this in his haunting grounds, the classifieds, but, being discreet, I thought I'd put it here.

I've recently REALLY enjoyed reading a murder/humor series by Janet Evanovich about with a main character named Stephanie Plum who is based in Trenton, New Jersey. At times, people really think I'm crazy when something she writes cracks me up while I'm reading in public.

So now I've gotten all the series and just started with number one, called "One for the Money" and this passage reminded me of Biebs.....

Referring to becoming a bail bondsman's bounty hunter......

quote:
"And if it get hairy, you could back out. What have you got to lose?"

Only my life. "I don't know. I don't like the part about the shooting."

"Probably, it's like driving the turnpike," Connie said. "Probably you get used to it. The way I see it, living in New Jersey is a challenge, what with the toxic waste, and the eighteen-wheelers, and the armed schizophrenics. I mean, what's one more lunatic shooting at you?"

And further on, this tidbit:

quote:
Once a street person had urinated on my foot and every now and then a man would drop his pants in a train station, but these were things you expected when you worked in Newark. I learned not to take them personally.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

There are different somewhat reasonable places in NJ.I drive through some of those places though I've never seen him and his bear 'trainers' but I do get occasional reports. dancing

I have it on good authority that there actually are genuine black bears in the Biebster's neck o' the woods. In fact, he bought a .58 percussion double rifle from me a while back purely for bear defense.

Aha!!! Hiding out in the Misc thread! Cowards all!!!! :-) Yes, I'm tucked away in the NW corner of NY, surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods, fields and mountains I can hunt in. Got my own rifle range with built-in benches out to 300 yards. I can take like 6 Bucks and an unlimited amount of Does each year, and hunt Deer from the beginning of September until February. I'm 20 minutes from Griffin & Howe and their Hudson Farms shooting courses. What's not to like? :-)

PS: When you're all done, I'll flush and send you all back where you belong! In the meantime, I'm looking for a Hero Roll to make a Sh*t sandwich for Mr Tuppen!

I see Blazer owners are sticking together.

Only someone from bare New Jersey would use his bare hands to prepare a sandwich. So unsanitary! But I suppose it is permissible for one to self sample.

I would report you to the health department, if New Jersey had one.

But thanks for the offer anyway.

That is what Robert Redford dreams about - wanting to be as good looking as Biebs.
