with the cost of a mount, I think I am going to go with a euro mount. Does my set of hide halves have any serious value?

The cape has some value, if you can find a buyer, the backskins do not.

Ah So! Would any of you be interested in trading making regular leather out of the back half in trade for the front half?

Hey Rich, have you thought of a leather tan and having items made from the leather?

I had a client that decided on a euro mount, I had the backhide leather tanned a dark brown. Took a hexagon oak pedestal and used the leather panels for inserts on three sides. Put the buff skull on top the pedestal after it had been cleaned and bleached at about a 30 degree angle. Doesn't take up much room and can really appreciate the bosses. Realy turned out nice!!!
