A friend and I have a bunch of dried, raw hippo hide. Tanning it is pricey. What is tanned hippo hide particularly good for? We are open to suggestions.

Has it been skived?

Hippo is known for LONG wear... is it toughter than elephant? who knows...

how much you got? a whole animal? panels?

how THICK is it (skived) is it? .75? .5? 2?
