Hi Brad.

From my perspective, cats, both Lions and Leopards are either right or wrong. There is no gray area on them. It's always in the facial structure.

This one is right.(from my perspective)

Nice!!

Roll Eyes

I assume your brother did the mount? If so, I'm very impressed.

Agree that is absolutely one of the best lion mounts I have seen. Really like the pose and the base, and the head is awesome.

One of the best I've seen. A lot of details, I like how the back looks with vertebra visible (don't know if thats the right word). Just great all-around

It in a great mount, but taxidermy is a series of gray bars. While many features are outstanding others are not so much. Overall it is a great mount and has captured the essence of the lion.

one of two understatements in the last 3 posts. Being the 6th post in nearly 3 years from someone who does as fine taxidermy work as you do, I am sure Ben will take that as a compliment.

I stopped by Ben's shop last week and saw this mount. I can say it's one of the best lions that I have seen.
