Now you've done it! I'll have to call my UK Outfitter and book another hunt. Beauties, both of them. We rarely get to see these deer, thanks for posting.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

Damn nice work!

I owned a taxidermy shop for several years and prided myself on custom, one-of-a-kind mounts. That roebuck double is absolutely beautiful. I love the cobblestone effect with the vines. It certainly gives the viewer a taste of the UK.

I want a roebuck so bad!! A roebuck hunt was my first ever memory of any hunt. Dad was in the army and stationed in Germany. I guess I was about 5 years old and Mom and I accompanied him on a hunt where he killed a 1-A class trophy (6x6). I can still see the log shooting house, the fog in the forest, and smell the pine trees. The hunting lodge had the hursch (sp?) antlers upside down on the walls and the Jagermeister was Heir Schaeffer. Not bad for 50 years ago!

Any other photos of custom mounts?

And so if you meet a hunter who has been to Africa, and he tells you what he has seen and done, watch his eyes as he talks. For they will not see you. They will see sunrises and sunsets such as you cannot imagine, and a land and a way of life that is fast vanishing. And always he will will tell you how he plans to go back. (author: David Petzer)

Thanks LDS, You hit it right on the nose. We wanted the piece to say England country side.
If you want to hunt Roe deer I have a great connection and good friend in Sussex and he kills some fantastic trophy's.
