Got a little carried away with the Christmas flocking eh?

Cat looks good, I would be happy with him. The base and pedistal are an eyesore.

I don't think a 150-200 pound mountain lion is going to be standing on a piece of drift wood covered by Christmas flock.

Too each his own, everyone else seems to love it.

The real test is to run him through the show and see what your competition in the Taxidermy world thinks.

I have to do what the client wants, every mount is made to their wants. they want snow and iclicles they get snow and icicles. It's made with pure silicone with shaved white styrofoam,it's very easy to clean it's soft and feels just like rubber. Never yellows and never falls off ever.

Big Grin It's not a piece to enter in competiton.
When we do that we have total control over the mount, the pose, the habitat and the composition. Taxidermy competitons...that's not the real world...this is...LOL

MOA thanks for the belt sanding tip on the other post, will try it next time to get a perfect fit.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
