If so, they are farmed Whitetails, those are not free range naturally occurring bucks.

Several of the deer on steroids places lose a buck due to fighting or just pick up the sheds.
There are then mounted by a commercial taxidermist and sold.
Deer capes and the form, ear liners, eyes are not terribly expensive. It can be quickly mounted to a low standard and then sold.
That is like what is happening here.

Or, someone buys an old small mounted deer and switches antlers. Happens a lot more than you realize.
