Wow, exceptional work Mr. Marsisco. That is truly an art form. Did you by chance do the sculpture of the sheep at marcus zimmermans place? ryan

No, but thank you very much for the compliment. This is my newest and my third ram bronze marquette; the others have all now sold out as limited editions. I also sculpted a 9ft. tall bronze monument ram titled Ram Country that is now sold out as a limited edition of five. One is located in Stratsburg Virginia, one in Dubois Wyoming at the National Bighorn Sheep Foundation headquarters, one in Parawon Utah, one in Pittsburg Pa., and one in WestChester Pa. I am planning on sculpting this ram sculpture as a monument. Living here in Cody Wyoming I have the oportunity to be close to bighorn sheep and the Rocky Mountains of the Greater Yellowstone Park area. Cody is less than a hours drive from the Park East entrance. Life is good!

I love sheep, they are my favorite North American animal. I 've yet to mount one being in CT and a younger business. However I just took in my first dall sheep last night. I can't wait to mount it. They are a gorgeous animal.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

Why did you make his horns so thin?

Wonderful job on the mount, just wish he had "bigger horns"!
