I was looking at a number of the nice leopard mounts people have mounted on branches, faux rocks, et cetera.

How much does a mount like this weigh?

I would say between 40 and 75 pounds depending mostly on the habitat and its structure.
What you have to be careful of is how it is attached to the wall. The attachment points should be well above the center of gravity. You also need to make sure it "hangs" and is not trying to pull itself off of the wall.
A taxidermist is not only an artist, but part engineer.
