would you really find a bushbuck, gemsbok, and impala all running together to flee from a lion in the wild?? this is not a comment on the actually taxidermy but it just doesn't seem realistic in terms of African wildlife. i realize, of course, that the client sets the stage.

I suppose the crocodile swimming with all of the other animals running is correct also? Thanks for your comment.I would like to see your ideas for placing many animals from a large continent in a 15x40 ft area?

First thing that came to mind when I saw the Lion is that he's about to trip that bushbuck.

i was under the mistaken impression that a diorama depicted a wildlife scene in a natural setting. obviously i was wrong. as i stated, the client had his wishes and as such, the client is always right.nice work.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
