I built a coffee table/ display case that I am planning on putting an outdoor scene in. The plan is to have a woodcock and grouse, the woodcock nestled into the leaves and the grouse standing on a stump or rock with his fan out. Now to the question, I would like to have the base be fall leaves, are there good quality fake leaves in fall colors? If I collect leaves that are turning now, is there anything I can do too preserve the color in them so that they can be used in the scene? ----------------------------------------- "I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. -Henry David Thoreau, Walden | ||
