Hello guys, My dad and I just booked our first Safari for South Africa this July! Animals we hope to harvest include kudu, gemsbok, impala, zebra and warthog. Started looking for taxidermist that are good with African game. We live in Greenville, NC. Could anyone recommend a good one around the eastern NC area? Thanks | ||

There are outstanding taxidermists that post here, but one that lives nearest you is Grafton Cromwell. He's in Amelia Court House, Virginia and does top shelf work on African plains game. Safaris Arts If I remember, he uses a very good tannery in the Carolina's so importing/shipping costs would be less than other destinations. I've used him before and can highly recommend him. Check out his web site. He is a stickler for details. Be very selective who you trust your dip/pack and shipping with.
