These are made by Jean Octobon, of Nice, France.

GraftonI like it as a one of a kind piece, not something I would want to see more than once.
It appears well thought out anatomically. However, the horns, which are the true trophy, have become secondary to the armature.

Oday450I agree with Grafton. It's more of a piece of art than a trophy. A room full of "trophies" all on aluminum would be a disaster.

The anatomy is spot on too. Whoever did this knew what they were doing. I can appreciate the workmanship in this piece.

tendramsAs someone said above, out of ebony would be great. If it were a forest buffalo, making the same mount out of thin gauge and heavily rusted steel would also be neat. It certainly does not suit the standard huge and dark wood paneled trophy room we all dream of having...but if someone had a very modern styled home, I think it would look great.

More than one, coupled with decent lighting, might cause blindness.
Still, I can see having that one.
I really admire the creative genius that inspired the whole idea.
