I left my moose antlers out on the front
porch and a squirrel chewed off some of
the tips . What type of material would
you use to form new tips

My taxidermist fixed a point on my elk with fiberglass I believe. Others here may know the process, though.

Apoxie Clay works great, 2 part "clay" mix that is bone color when set. Repair must be stained to match the horn. Do not use Apoxie Sculpt, it is too shiny. Can be ordered from McKenzie Taxidermy supply house. Hope that helps.

Thanks , I was thinking of some form of clay
mix , but didn't know how to make it bone hard
