tasunkawitko, I am not sure what is more "unnerving" the pictures of the game animals, or the fact I have a "fan club"! ASS_CLOWN

tasunkawitko, Well I don't have any pictures handy, but there are some real interesting pictures posted down on the "Big Bore" forum. Here they are: Recovered 0.585" diameter, 750gr Woodleigh #1 Recovered 0.585" diameter, 750gr Woodleigh #2 Results on deer (yes the deer exploded): Commentary from the hunter himself (Robgunbuilder): Quote: I BOLD FACED the sentence of import with regard to the deer exploding! The Nyati is a 0.585" bore rifle for those that are not familiar with it. Some more comments from the hunter with regard to the weight retention of the recovered 0.585", 750gr Woodleighs: Quote: It is important to note that the RECOVERED bullet was from the eland NOT THE DEER. That is some REAL IMPRESSIVE terminal ballisitics. That deer is torn open stem to stern!!! WOW!!! ASS_CLOWN

The above pics of the deer are the exact types of wounds I have had occur when shooting smaller thin skinned game with my .585 Nyati loaded with woodleigh 650 gr bullets at 2500 fps. It is dramatic to say the least.
