It has been kind of a tough year to hunt here, weather was hot during the early part of the archery season, and the rifle season. My nephew did finally kill a really nice one on the 30th Dec.

Here are a couple more, it is a deer that he let walk last fall, and kind of second guessed himself for doing it, but it worked out!

An Absolutely fantastic buck for any place that holds Whitetails !!

A buck with 6 points on top and on both sides is truly rare in the wild

Congratulations

Stunning Whitetail buck.
Congrats to your nephew, not just for the trophy but his "let-them-go, let-them-grow" principals.

We try to not shoot anything that won't net 150, unfortunately, that means I haven't shot a buck in three years, and my brother (his dad) hasn't had a bow kill for three years. We've shot enough, shooting young bucks doesn't really trip our triggers.

He actually has two small ones on each side, so could have been a typical 7x7. Long brow tines would have made him hit B&C. 163 net as is
