It sounds like it's going to be an uphill battle to get him thrown out with the new same day voter registration and mail in ballots. I don't know how any state can honestly allow a mail in ballot for anyone other than a service member or someone else working out of the state or country. The fraud and abuse can not be tracked. Look at Washington State as a perfect example.
